Satan is a liar and the father of it. He is the father of all falsehoods. The first recorded lie was “ye surely shall not die” When he tempted Eve in the garden. Death has flowed from that lie throughout centuries.

Some lies to expect from the biggest liar of all time…

*Promises of freedom – you will only find bondage

*Promises of good times – you will only find grief

*Promises of fun – you will find nothing but frustration

*Promises merriment – you will get nothing but misery

Satan is not partial to whom he lies, he came to seek and destroy. He lies to the old and young, men and women alike. He delights in the ruin of a young life, he delights in misery and heart-ache, and we are never to young or old for Satan to lie to us or to tempt us. John 10:10 clearly tells us that he is not only a liar but a thief. “To steal, kill, and destroy. Satan tried to steal the throne of God just as he tries to steal the place of God in our lives.

We can over come him, we do not have to fall prey to his lies, his false teachings, and he destruction our heavenly father gives us the tools and the power to defeat him. If we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil he will flee from us. Those powerful words of James can be found … James 4:7 “he will flee from you” We overcome the liar with the one who is the truth! Christ will provide victory over Satan every time! His fate is sealed in … Revelation 20:10

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Be strong in the Lord resist the devil and he will flee, don’t fall prey to the biggest liar in town!!!
